seriously, the sexiest combination of personalities in the same room

as a lover of all things food, i have learned that it would be absolutely impossible for me to be with someone who isn't into marinating, chopping, sauteeing and eating with me. that said, and given my admittedly stubborn inclination for hairy dudes, obviously Bon Appetit's restaurant editor and tv judge, Andrew Knowlton, is at the top of my celebrity crush list.

so when my dear NYU foodie friend, nick suarez (whose opinion regarding food i never question) told me Knowlton would be judging at his next Food Experiment, i obviously signed up to be there. (SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 13, PEOPLE. WRITE IT DOWN.)

this cheese experiment, following its predecessor, the highly successful (genius) beer experiment, promises cheese, beer, and Andrew Knowlton ALL AT THE SAME TIME IN THE SAME PLACE. one ticket buys you a taste from the dishes and brews of all competitors, and therefore will be the most satisfying 20 bucks you ever spent (besides that time you paid your idiot little cousin to shove an entire jar of mayonnaise into his mouth). and if knowlton is not on your crush list, regardless, you will certainly get drunk tasting the concoctions of the home brew competitors and most likely end up chatting up someone else who thinks slicing manchego is hot.
